Human Resources Policy Principles |
The human resources policy has the Group's Culture and General Policy as referential elements
The Group considers people as one of its key-elements, and strives to make its staff more and more competitive and motivated
It develops procedures that allow each staff member to solve his own problems. This guidance does not invalidate the existence of support schemes for special situations
It seeks to anticipate events through a proactive management
The Group is open to all forms of communication, considering the mutual dialogue, respect and work as basic conditions to achieve goals and common benefits
The Group wishes and encourages an active staff's cooperation and participation in the Group's life, and it promotes the team work as a means to create more cohesion and progression
Professional satisfaction is an important element for the global satisfaction of each individual, therefore the Group is mindful of the staff's skills, merit, abilities and vocational orientation
Staff Training- both technical and human - this is a shared responsibility of the Group, the higher management and staff
We want the entire staff to benefit from the results of their efforts achieving more productivity and prosperity, through a fair and equitable remuneration package
It strives for functional and humanised working places, where all company's members feel well and may enjoy good personal relationships.

|
Age Structure |
| The Group has a very young age structure, as a result of the dynamic growth it has been submitted over these last years, but also due to the young age of some of our companies. The average age level is placed at this moment at 33 years. |
|
Working Conditions |
The IBA Group is always concerned about the people's working conditions, and makes constant efforts to improve the physical, mental and social well being of its staff.

|
Qualifications |
| We need to have a highly skilled human resources structure. There is a growing number of staff with a high school/university background, especially in the management support areas, management and supervision. |
|
Training |
The constant innovations and adaptations of the business reality, as well as the notions of knowledge recycling requires that continual training remains a priority at the IBA Group. The technical and human training has been a continual and permanent process. Senior executives take part in professional training courses that are seen as management tools that help to achieve goals and improve knowledge. |
